Cal Fire responded to reports of a head on collision with possible ejections. Arriving crews located two red pickup trucks with major damage blocking the roadway. An occupant of one of the pickups required a physical extrication to be removed from the vehicle. The victim was transported to a local hospital with major injuries. At least one fatality was confirmed on scene laying in the roadway, possibly ejected from the vehicle. It's possible that the collision resulted in at least two fatalities, one from each pickup. At this moment CHP is investigating the crash and it's unconfirmed whether additional injuries or fatalities are involved. CHP INLAND CAD LOG N. 00146
