Rickshaw Overturns in Maharashtra After Swerving to Avoid Stray Dog — All Occupants Injured but Stable

This dramatic CCTV footage captures the terrifying moment a rickshaw overturned while trying to avoid a stray dog in Palghar, Maharashtra, on July 10.
The three-wheeler was seen moving along a busy road when a dog suddenly ran across its path. In a split-second reaction, the driver swerved sharply to avoid hitting the animal. The maneuver caused the rickshaw to tip over and crash onto its side.
Bystanders rushed to the scene to help the injured. According to local police, the driver and two passengers were taken to a nearby hospital with injuries to their heads, backs, and legs. Fortunately, all are reported to be in stable condition.
The stray dog escaped unharmed.
Authorities reviewed the footage and confirmed the incident was accidental, with no signs of reckless driving or foul play.
