Newlywed husband botches entrance when he slips on stairway
A newlywed husband botched the big entrance to his wedding reception - slippin on the stairs in front of hundreds of guests.
Footage shows groom Vitorio Vergara holding hands with his bride Camille as he guides her down the staircase at their elaborate wedding venue in Rizal, the Philippines.
Vitorio lost his footing and slipped down three steps, landing on his backside while Camille held onto him.
He quickly stood up, raised his hands in humour, and the couple continued walking down the aisle to cheers and applause from guests. Vitorio quickly recovered with a smile.
Bride Camille said: ‘My husband slid down during our grand entrance at the wedding. It was not the entrance we practised, but definitely the one we will never forget.'
Their friends and families screamed in surprise before erupting into laughter, encouraged by the energetic event host.
The entrance continued and the newlyweds went on to enjoy the rest of their special night with dancing.
