Classmate helps girl trying TikTok trend who forgets she cannot swim
This is the dramatic moment a classmate helped a girl who was attempting a TikTok trend - only to forgot she could not swim.
KC Jane Ybalig and her classmates were making their video entry by posing on camera before each of them jumped into the deep pool in Negros Oriental, the Philippines.
However, when KC hopped into the water along with her friends, she immediately struggled to float, prompting one of the youngsters to rescue her at Blue Water Resort on December 9.
Footage shows the hapless teenager drowning as she frantically splashes in the water.
Upon seeing this, Adrian Rellosa jumped into the water and carried her towards the edge of the pool.
One of her mates then extended his arm to help her move out.
She then giggled with her friends, who were checking on her to make sure she was okay.
KC said: 'That video was us trying a TikTok trend, but I hadn't told them I can't swim. I'm thankful for our classmate Adrian, a true gentleman, who dived in to help me.'
