SAN FRANCISCO — Animal Care and Control officers are asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect caught on camera abusing a raccoon in the Mission Terrace neighborhood.

The incident, which was captured on video, has prompted an active investigation by San Francisco Animal Control. Authorities released a warning that the footage depicts animal cruelty.
