Fairground visitors terrified when spinning ride gets stuck upside down
Fairgoers were terrified when a spinning ride became stuck upside-down, leaving them stranded in the air.
Visitors were onboard the mechanical loop ride when the carriage suddenly came to a halt mid-ride in Dong Nai, Vietnam.
Footage shows the participants suspended on top of the circular track on August 17.
Upon realising they were stuck, the machine operator can be seen attempting to pull the lever to manoeuvre the ride down, while frantic guests scream in fear as their chairs shake violently.
A rescue team reportedly arrived at the scene and managed to retrieve the riders safely after around an hour.
