The cattle were released for the 29th Rodeo Masbateno Festival, celebrating the cowboy culture and cattle industry in Masbate, known as the Cattle Capital of the Philippines.

Footage captured by Arjay shows white-horned bovines galloping across the asphalt while three cowboys on horseback lead them along the other side of the lane toward an open field on April 9.

The Rodeo Masbateno Festival, which began in 1993 and is organized by a group of ranchers and businessmen, honors the city's rich cattle-raising heritage.

The event features bull riding, lassoing, carambola, and other rodeo activities, showcasing the skills of local cowboys and cowgirls.
