Los Angeles, United States - August 20, 2025 08/20/2025 12:03 am GMT-0700 ELYSIAN VALLEY, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Los Angeles Police Department officers initiated a pursuit of a possible armed carjacking suspect in a blue Chrysler 300 sedan. The vehicle contained two occupants. The suspects fled from the intersection of Hill and Temple and entered the northbound 110 Freeway. They transitioned to the northbound 5 Freeway from the 110 and exited at Riverside Drive. While attempting to exit, the vehicle crashed into a concrete wall and collided with a white BMW SUV. After the crash, the two males fled from the vehicle. One suspect was apprehended immediately, while the second ran into a nearby neighborhood. The second suspect was eventually located and taken into custody. Officers discovered one gun in the Chrysler, and it is believed that the second suspect was also armed. The woman driving the BMW requested assistance from the Los Angeles Fire Department for injuries sustained in the crash, but was not transported to a hospital.
