US, Los Angeles: Piru 4 Suspects in Custody in Multi-County Pursuit
Los Angeles, United States - August 27, 2025 08/27/2025 03:50 am GMT-0700 PIRU, Calif. – Officers from the California Highway Patrol in South Los Angeles pursued a stolen vehicle originating from the Glendale area. The chase reached speeds exceeding 90 mph as the suspects drove northbound on the 405 Freeway, eventually entering the Santa Clara Valley before transitioning onto the westbound 126 Freeway into Ventura County. The pursuit concluded when CHP officers successfully executed a precision immobilization technique (PIT) maneuver on the 126 Freeway, just east of Piru. Four suspects were taken into custody without further incident.
