US, Los Angeles: East Los Angeles Woman Struck By Hit And Run Driver Near Taco Stand
Los Angeles, United States - September 01, 2025 09/01/2025 02:30 am GMT-0700 EAST LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Authorities responded to a report of a vehicle striking a pedestrian near the intersection of Olympic Boulevard and Duncan Avenue. California Highway Patrol officers and the Los Angeles County Fire Department arrived at the scene to find a woman lying in the street. She was conscious and breathing. Emergency responders transported her to a nearby hospital for treatment. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene, and it remains unclear what type of vehicle was involved in the incident. The collision occurred directly in front of a taco stand.
