US, Los Angeles: East Los Angeles Driver Strikes And Kills Pedestrian On Freeway
Los Angeles, United States - December 05, 2024 12/05/2024 12:00 am (GMT-0800) EAST LOS ANGELES, Calif. – The LAFD and East L.A. CHP responded to a reported vehicle versus pedestrian collision on the I-10 West and the 710 Freeway. CHP arrived to find a male down in lanes who was pronounced deceased upon the arrival of the Los Angeles Fire Department. The driver of a silver Honda drove to a gas station off the I-10 and Soto. Officers were observed talking to the driver and searching the vehicle. It is unclear if the driver was under the influence or if any charges are pending.
