Couple alerts lorry with broken tyre speeding on highway
A couple spotted a lorry with a broken tyre speeding on a highway and quickly alerted the driver.
Lizl Gulmatico and her husband noticed one of the wheels burst as the container truck navigated the South Luzon Expressway in Laguna, the Philippines.
Footage shows the heavy goods vehicle moving along the outer lane with the sidewall of its tyre collapsed on September 1.
Concerned, the motorists lowered their windows and honked repeatedly to warn the truck driver.
Lizl said: 'After we called out to the driver, we saw him gradually slow down and park on the emergency lane.'
