US, Los Angeles: Hyde Park Vehicle vs Pedestrian Collision
Los Angeles, United States - October 03, 2025 10/02/2025 10:16 pm GMT-0700 HYDE PARK, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – A pedestrian was struck and critically injured in a crash late Thursday in the 3000 block of West Slauson Avenue, according to initial reports. The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the scene, where a vehicle also collided with a power pole. No other injuries were reported. The Los Angeles Police Department set up a crime scene and is investigating. Early reports suggested the incident may have been a hit-and-run, though that has not been confirmed. The LAPD does not have an update at this time on the condition of the injured pedestrian.
