This is the heartwarming moment two kind men rescued puppies stranded on a busy road in Thailand.

Kritsada Jaithon, 26, and one of his employees rushed to help the young canines after spotting them running through traffic on Mittraphap Road in Nakhon Ratchasima on October 8.

Footage shows them running to catch the terrified pooches along the central reservation. They then found the mother dog in a nearby building.

Kritsada said: ‘Back then, I was talking with my customer in front of the store when I heard a long brake and loud honking sound.

‘I turned and saw puppies running in the middle of the road, almost getting crushed by a car, while vehicles behind had to brake suddenly and nearly collided.

‘My employee and I ran out to catch them, but the puppies were startled by the passing cars and honking, so they ran in separate directions.

‘I chased after them, and it took quite a while before I caught them.

‘The puppies were very frightened and bit my right index finger, causing it to bleed.

‘My employee and I walked around trying to find their mother, but were unable to locate her.

‘I believe she was also startled by passing cars and ran away.'

He said that the puppies have been vaccinated and were being kept in a cage at his shop, where he has cared for them with food and water.

The Good Samaritan added: 'I plan to give them to someone kind who truly loves dogs. If no one wants them, I will raise them myself and train them as guard dogs to protect my store.'
