A group of friends came up with a creative — and pretty funny — solution to a common problem on the road: a slow pickup truck blocking traffic. When they spotted the vehicle carrying a large, poorly tied load, they noticed a “Freight Hotline” number written on the back. That’s when a hilarious idea struck: call the driver!

In the viral video, the passenger dials the number and, with the straightest face possible, says: “Hey boss… a mattress just fell off your truck!” The goal? To make the driver stop or pull over so they could finally pass. The plan worked perfectly — and the best part is, the driver (“the old man”) took it in stride. As one commenter joked: “The guy was such a good sport and even laughed about it lol.”
