Phoenix, United States - October 26, 2025 10/26/2025 12:50 am GMT-0700 MESA, Ariz. – Just before 1 a.m. Sunday, Mesa Police Department officers were called to the 2300 block of West Via Rialto Circle for reports of a person stabbed. According to Jonathan Bonin, who was in attendance at the party where the stabbing occurred, a verbal altercation outside of the house escalated after one of the individuals involved entered the house and retrieved a knife, and returned before repeatedly stabbing the other. The victim was transported in unknown condition to a local area hospital by Mesa Fire. According to preliminary information, the suspect was apprehended by police shortly after. Several attendees in costumes were seen on the sidewalk being questioned by Mesa Police.
