Roads flooded as heavy rain causes rivers to overflow
This is the dramatic moment streets were submerged as heavy rain caused rivers to overflow in Thailand.
Footage shows a road near a school in the Sop Prap district of Lampang province, heavily flooded following intense rainfall on November 10.
In Mae Kua Subdistrict, overflowing water affected at least two homes, while seven houses were inundated in Samai.
Officials are currently assessing the damage, with no injuries reported from the weather event.
The Lampang Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Command has instructed local authorities across all districts to remain alert, closely monitoring for flash floods, forest runoff, and river overflows.
