Motorist Stuns Drivers with Towering "Tetris" Pile of Luggage on Italian Highway
An eye-popping sight was captured by Iryna Bondar on a highway near Rome, Italy, on August 24, 2025, as a silver minivan attempted a dangerous feat of transport.
Filmed during a drive from Naples to Bolzano, the footage shows a vehicle in the right lane groaning under the weight of a massive mountain of belongings. The roof rack is stacked several meters high with goods secured by blue netting, resembling a game of real-life Tetris.
As Iryna’s car passes the slow-moving vehicle, the sheer volume of the cargo becomes apparent—including spare tires, bags, bicycle parts, and even a plastic baby doll hanging precariously from the side of the netting. The filmer can be heard exclaiming in Italian, "Guys, look at this stuff... passing through Rome," while laughing in disbelief at the driver's determination to take everything in one trip.
