Los Angeles, United States - December 17, 2025 12/16/2025 10:30 pm GMT-0800 OXNARD, Calif. – California Highway Patrol officers attempted to stop an SUV that was driving without lights and speeding southbound on the 101 Freeway at Rice Avenue. The driver fled, initiating a pursuit. The chase moved through Los Angeles County at high speeds. The first passing shot was reported southbound on the 101 Freeway at Santa Rosa Road in Camarillo. The second passing shot occurred eastbound on the 101 Freeway at Woodman Avenue in Sherman Oaks.
