US, Los Angeles: Tarzana Hazmat Response Multiple Patients Exposed To Substance Part 1
Los Angeles, United States - December 22, 2025 12/22/2025 11:26 am GMT-0800 TARZANA, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – A hazardous materials incident is underway at a single-family home in the 18600 block of West Cassandra Street, authorities said Monday. Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics were decontaminating and transporting four patients, two men, ages 33, and two women, ages 28 and 23, who were reportedly exposed to an unknown substance. Their conditions remain unknown. A total of 15 people were reportedly exposed. Additional resources were requested to assist with scene management and decontamination operations. Officials said the hazard had not escalated beyond the residence.
