Dozens of devotees in white ball gowns joined a solemn procession through the streets of a walled city.

Footage captured by Meekah Dela Cruz shows beauty queens parading in Cinderella-style gowns during the feast of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary of Balubad in Pampanga, the Philippines.

The women could be seen gracefully striding along the road with bright smiles as a live band performed behind the statue of the Virgin Mary on December 8.

Following the devotees was the float of the Blessed Virgin Mary, beautifully illuminated by glowing orb-like lights and adorned with a variety of white flowers.

December 8 is one of the most significant dates on the country's liturgical and national calendar. It marks the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception, celebrating the belief that the Virgin Mary was conceived without original sin.
