A restaurant sign shook as a magnitude 6 earthquake struck Taiwan today.
Footage shows the 'Golden Arches' sign swaying as locals evacuated buildings in Taitung County.
The United States Geological Survey said the tremor struck Taitung County at 5:47 pm local time, at a depth of 10 kilometres (6.2 miles).
It also shook buildings in the capital, Taipei.
Taiwan's National Fire Agency said there were no immediate reports of damage across the country.
Taiwan is prone to frequent earthquakes and volcanic activity as it sits along the Pacific Ring of Fire, a zone of intense seismic activity.
