At a dispatch center in east China's Jiangsu Province, planners orchestrate fleets of drones for tasks like expressway inspections and 3D mapping. With a few commands, they launch multiple drones at once, executing complex, coordinated missions that require a skill set far beyond those of traditional single-drone operators. [Sound_bite] Xu Zhaohai, technical director, Jiangsu Aviation Enterprises Group: "We need specialized talent. They need to understand flight, meteorology, simulation, our team by continuously drawing talent from different industries, including electronics and communications, design, and materials." [Voice_over] Demand for talent is accelerating in other areas of the drone sector as well, including drone inspections, consulting and management services. In Jiangsu Province alone, over 70,000 drone flight users and 400 enterprises receive operational and management support services. The expansion of drone related opportunities is fueling a surge of young talent flooding the low-altitude economy.
