CCTV footage of cat being stolen outside home
Ollie Wilson and girlfriend Laura King are having sleepless nights as the search for Mr Cheeky reaches its eleventh day. The “very cheeky and friendly” three-year-old ginger tom was catnapped from outside the couple’s house. Video footage from a neighbour’s CCTV camera shows a woman laden with shopping bags bend down and either call or entice Mr Cheeky over to her. A man then appears, bends down and picks the cat up. He then walks off up the road in Hove, on the UK’s south coast, with the woman - and a struggling Mr Cheeky.
