Transport truck gets trapped in sinkhole that opens up on road in China
A transport truck became trapped in a sinkhole that opened up on a road in southern China.
In the CCTV footage, filmed in the city of Guangzhou in Guangdong Province on June 11, a transport truck suddenly fell into a one-metre-deep sinkhole that opened up on a road.
According to preliminary judgment, the water and soil erosion due to rainfall caused the incident.
Fortunately, no one was injured and the truck was lifted up.
The video was provided by local media with permission.
