Firefighters rescue an elderly woman trapped on a window ledge
Footage of firefighters rescuing a 63-year-old woman hanging out of a building in China.
The video, filmed in Liuzhou, Guangxi Province on April 19, shows a woman on the outside of the building with a rope tied around her.
A firefighter can be seen coming down from the top of the building and entering into the house through the window.
He then pulls the woman into the house with another firefighter on the roof.
According to local reports, the woman locked herself out of the house as she went to dispose of rubbish.
Since she thought the locksmith charged too much, she attempted to abseil down from the roof and enter her house through the window.
However, she fell to the lower floor by mistake and became trapped.
Fortunately, she was rescued by firefighters and she was not injured.
