If you can't make it to the gym, here's one alternative tried and tested by one Filipino boy – use a sun lounger.

This video, filmed in Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines, on January 20. shows a boy gripping onto the top handles of a plastic sun lounger while laid down, lifting it up and thrusting his body forward.

"If you don't have the money to go to the gym, you could always try this," the owner of the video and the sister of the boy pictured, Dianne Ferrer, said. "It's a great way to tone your stomach and get abs. There's nothing to lose by trying.''
