This moped rider sparked outrage after he was seen riding down the road with his PENIS hanging from his trousers.

The was seen wearing a baseball cap and a face mask on a busy road during rush hour in Manila, Philippines, on June 15.

The same man was seen four days later on June 19 on the same bike this time wearing a helmet - and with his genitals protruding from the fly zip.

A shocked onlooker who was riding on the back of a tuk-tuk said she called over to him to stop but he ignored her after the incident.

They said: ''I was in the back of the passenger vehicle when I saw this man. I am sure he knew what he was doing.

''I recorded him so that it can be a warning. Other people can avoid him and he will be shamed into stopping this disgusting behaviour.''

The woman said she was sorry for causing offence by ''giving him the finger'' but was so angry by his apparent flashing.

Another woman who recorded the man on June 15 said the man ''suddenly covered his face'' after he realised he was being filmed.

She added: ''I have made the video public because I want anybody who recognises the man to report him to the police. I want him to be caught and punished.''

Neither women reported the incidents to the police.
