Driverless cement truck slides downhill and crashes onto pavement
A cement tanker parking on a slope slid down and crashed into several parked scooters on a nearby pavement in southwestern China.
The CCTV video, filmed in Baoshan City in Yunnan Province on January 8, shows a cement tanker rolling onto a pavement, smashing into the vehicles parked on the side of the road, a light pole, a road sign and finally being stopped by a tree.
The driver can be seen chasing after the tanker truck and climbing into the cabin immediately after it stops.
According to reports, the driver stopped the truck in front of a construction site on a slope without pulling the brake properly.
Fortunately, no one was injured. The case was being investigated.
