Miscreants walk inside shop and open fire at owner in northern India

A sensational video has emerged of a few miscreants firing at a shop owner in northern India. The incident, which was captured on CCTV cameras installed at the shop, took place on Apr. 10 at Nuh district of Haryana state.

Visuals showed two miscreants walking into a store, training their gun at the shopkeeper and opening fire. The man, even though shot, still manages to drive away the shooters, before being helped by others.

The shooters also trained their guns at others while escaping, but did not fire any more rounds.

The victim, identified as Sanjay, had resisted a robbery before he was shot. Footage showed the miscreants trying to snatch a bag from him and when he defied them, they shot him.

Fortunately, it wasn't fatal, though the man was injured and had to be rushed to a hospital

Reports said the bullet pierced his arm.

Meanwhile, condemning the law and order situation in the state, close ones of the victim cordoned off the area, preventing traffic flow. The incident retarded traffic and the situation continued till late at night.

Police have started an investigation, though the culprits are still at large.
