Locals have to walk across this make-shift bridge - four rusty iron girders laid across a canal. The slapdash crossing was put in place by workmen as they renovate the area in the China Town district of Bangkok, Thailand. Footage shows how unperturbed continue going about their trips - shuffling along the bizarre DIY bridge. One man was seen carrying drinks after returning from his lunch hour at a nearby office. While another woman had to carry across her shopping bags. The dodgy bridge has been in place for several weeks while construction workers carry out improvements to the canal area.
