Pickup truck hood falls crushing mechanic's bowl of noodles
A mechanic was fixing a car when the bonnet fell - narrowly missing his head but crushing his bowl of noodles.
The repairman was working on the Isuzu pickup truck, carefully examining the engine in Bangkok, central Thailand, on June 2.
However, while he pondered the problem he did not notice the hood slowly falling down.
CCTV shows how it was a hair's breadth from whacking his head. It then landed on a bown of noodles he was eating for lunch.
The shop owner, Auen Tuner, is seen laughing is the video as the workmates watched back the blunder.
The embarrassed worker said: "The bonnet was close to hitting me. I think that I was distracted because the noodles were so spicy.''
