This was the terrifying moment a truck was swept into a fast-flowing river after it attempted to cross a bridge that had to succumb to surging waters in northern India.

Footage shows the truck approaching the flooded bridge as a strong current flows at a perpendicular angle.

The incident happened on August 22 in the Banswara District of south Rajasthan.

Upon coming in contact with the water, the truck immediately gets violently swept into the river.

A cement laden truck which was trying to pass through the overflowing road from water turned and swept away in water , both the driver and conductor of the truck can also been seen in the video being swept away , both of them swimmed and were safe .
The incident happened on 22nd august around 2:30 pm In tineda village of Banswara district . The bridge on which truck was trying to pass wass drowned with water , when the truck driver tried to cross the road ,but couldnt cross and fell .
