Road users battled through severe floods caused by Tropical storm Ofel in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Footage filmed on October 20 shows a man dragging his motorcycle through the muddy waters while cars struggle to drive through the flooded road.

Cambodia has been hit by severe flash floods killing at least 20 people as of October 21 after seasonal rains were made worse by tropical storms.

Hundreds of thousands of acres of rice crops that were supposed to be harvested in the next few weeks were also destroyed.

More than 10,000 people had to be evacuated from the country's 19 out of 25 provinces, affecting 140,000 people in all.

Officials are now bracing for tropical storm Saudel, which is due to hit Vietnam between October 25 and 26.

The Ministry of Water Resource and Meteorology announced that Cambodia will be impacted by the torrential weather from the storm.
