A Fishermen's boat capsized from rough tides in South India on Monday (July 19).

Seven fishermen were trying to reach the shore of Thenkaipattinam, a fishing harbor located in the Kanniyakumari District of Tamilnadu.

The estuary was destroyed by high tides last year and has not been renovated. Because of this, boats are often capsized, making the journey dangerous.

The boat lost control, although they were already aware of the dangers they might encounter.

Out of the seven fishermen, six miraculously escaped. One caught under the boat and was unable to swim to safety. Unfortunately, he lost his life.

Thenkaipattinam is a fishing harbour that is located in Kanniyakumari District of Tamilnadu. Rough sea and the high tides destroyed the estuary last year and it has not yet been renovated. The estuary was filled with sand and it has not been removed yet. Due to this the fishing boats that reach the shore always get into accidents. Their boats are capsized often leading to the damage to the lives and to the boats. One such incident was captured on Camera. The footage shows fishermen reaching the shores and it was difficult due to the high tides. Boat lost control due to the waves knowing the danger, some fishermen immediately jumped into the sea to prevent themselves from hitting the rocks.
Out of seven fishermen six escaped miraculously when their boat capsized but one caught under the boat and unable to swim he lost his life. Spine chilling moments captured on CCTV cameras that were installed nearby.

Another boat was also seen reaching shore at the same time but fortunately it escaped from the high tides.
