Huge fireball erupts after roof ripped off by powerful winds falls onto cables
A huge fireball erupted after a roof ripped off by powerful winds fell onto cables in southern China.
The video, filmed in the city of Chongqing on August 15, shows a steel roof being ripped off from a building by the strong winds and dropping onto the cables in the air.
A huge fireball then burst out as the cables were broken by the roof, causing a power cut in the nearby residential communities.
Several vehicles were damaged by the roof.
According to a witness Mr Chen, the strong winds lasted for around half an hour. No casualties were reported.
