Workers on platform sent spiralling as powerful winds hit northern China
A couple of construction workers were sent spiralling as powerful winds blew their platform away from a building in northern China.
Video filmed in the city of Baoding in Hebei Province on June 23 shows sparks flying out of electric cables in the air.
A couple of construction workers had a terrifying experience as their platform was blown in several directions by the wind. The workers were doing some construction work on a building's outer wall at the time.
Another clip shows the strong winds ripping roofs off buildings.
The local meteorological observatory issued a yellow warning signal (the third strongest level) for winds.
No casualties were reported and the loss is being counted.
