Flock of hungry parrots ambush couple enjoying picnic in Australia
A flock of Australian ringneck, also called twenty-eights, parrots ambushed a couple enjoying a picnic near Serpentine Dam, Western Australia.
The hungry birds are seen perching on the filmers' shoulders and heads as they are given food.
The filmer Bob Humphries told Newsflare: "A large flock of twenty-eights hangs around the Lower Picnic Area at Serpentine Dam, in the hills to the east of Perth.
"These birds are used to people and arrive at picnic tables hoping to be fed. They land on the tables, as well as on the shoulders and heads of the people enjoying their lunch.
"On this occasion, it seemed that some of the parrots were interested in shooting video as they landed on my camera and its microphone!"
This video was filmed on August 5.
