Brave driver rescues python stranded on top of restaurant sign
This is the moment a brave driver rescued a python stranded on top of a restaurant sign.
Footage shows the man climbing on the roof of a vehicle to reach the serpent on the pole in Cordova, Cebu province, the Philippines on August 8.
Onlooker Hans Clifford Mariveles said: ‘I went out for lunch together with my colleague then we saw the python lying above the signage. I was shocked because of its size.’
The snake was turned over to local officials who took it to the wildlife centre who released it to the wild later.
