This is the amusing moment a furious Brit yelled at his neighbour’s dogs – shouting from his 23rd-floor balcony.

The outraged Scot startled residents when he was heard hurling abuse at the yapping mutts in the street below his apartment.

He is heard in the video shouting ‘oi, kill the f***ers’ before branding them ‘a****les’.

Neighbour, Julia captured the moment she saw the man from the tower block next to her expressing his anger in Pattaya, Thailand on September 7 at 9am in the morning.

She said: ‘I lived here for three years and there are about 50 stray dogs around the condo that would just go on barking for the whole night.’

Pattaya, a small city on the east coast of Thailand, is a popular place for Brits to retire due to its hot weather and vibrant nightlife.
