Scaffolding collapses in quarry injuring 7 in southern China
A large section of scaffolding collapsed in a quarry in southern China, injuring 7.
Video filmed in the city of Yulin in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on October 26 shows firefighters searching and rescuing workers after the collapse.
According to reports, several workers were working on the scaffolding when the incident happened. Seven people were injured but none of them were in life-threatening condition.
Injured workers were sent to hospital for treatment and the case is under further investigation.
The video was provided by local media with permission.
