Sports car falls into sea after bungling driver forgot to pull brakes after parking
A sports car fell into sea after a bungling driver forgot to pull the hand brake while parking.
The owner of the white Nissan GTE left his his vehicle parked by the bay to watch the beautiful sea in Cebu City, the Philippines on April 23 morning.
However, the luxury motor rolled down the slope while he was away and fell into the water as onlookers called for help.
Footage shows the car, worth 122,000 USD, drifting into the water before slowly sinking into the sea.
Onlooker Blendell Sanico said: ’The driver left the car without pulling the brakes. There were rescuers around that time so the car was easily pulled.’
The expensive vehicle was reportedly pulled out by rescuers after 30 minutes before it was towed to a workshop for mechanics to try and repair the water damage.
No one was reported hurt in the incident.
