Kind motorist adopts abandoned cat left on busy highway in Taiwan
A kind motorist adopted a cat that was abandoned on a busy highway in Taiwan.
Cai Zhongzhe spotted the trembling feline curled up on the side of the road while driving to work in Pingtung, Taiwan on January 11.
He parked his car and grabbed the still-collared cat, which was in danger of being run over by speeding vehicles. He later brought it to a vet and took it home for adoption.
Cai said: 'The cat was clearly thrown out from a car. She looked like she was waiting to be saved. I'm glad I brought her home and took care of her before it was too late.'
