Brave rescuers save snake stuck in a net fence in Vietnam
Snakes might not be an animal many people would race to save but for one lucky serpent in Vietnam, a gardener came to its aid when it was stuck in a net.
Video shot on 13 May in Gia Lai, showed two men cutting the strings of a net fence in a garden in order to free the snake.
According to the man who orchestrated the rescue, he spotted the trapped reptile while walking around the garden. The snake was struggling and couldn't get out of the net.
The man then called more people to help him remove the snake from the net.
After a while, the men successfully rescued the trapped snake and released into the garden.
The man said that if the snake was not rescued in time, its struggling could tighten the net around it, possibly killing it.
While the thought of touching a snake might be terrifying to many, this type is not lethal to humans and often catches mice.
