Location: Vandavasi, Thiruvannamali district in South India.

Few days ago a village went to the banks of a water body to cut some woods. He to his surprise saw a cobra under a neem tree while cutting woods. He got scared and returned to his home.

Then he went the following day to check for the snake and he spotted the same snake there again. He informed the villagers. They rushed and saw the snake there. Then to everyone s surprise the snake is there till now.

It's been 15 days since the snake was spotted and it is still on the same place.

The villagers started worshipping it as the goddess offered milk flowers and holy powders and all gathered to worship the snake despite of the rains.
