A talented chef makes hyper-realistic desserts that look like bugs in Thailand.
Footage shows Parichart Nakwek painting the tip of the candy with dark brown edible ink to resemble a chubby beetle larva snack in Pathum Thani province on December 26.
Despite appearing to be exotic delicacies, the skewered food was actually made from sugar that Parichart sells in her shop.
The snacks have become a hit with locals who love munching on the candies resembling bugs.
Parichart said: 'It's fun making them one by one. I make all of these by hand. A lot of work goes into them so they look realistic.'
Aside from insect candies, the chef also sells cute miniature fruits from glaze and sugar.
