This is the impressive moment a food artist created hyper-realistic miniature landscape cakes.

The baker recreated the general terrain of the Nalati scenic area in Xinyuan, Ili Autonomous Prefecture, in her bakeshop in Urumqi, Xinjiang, China, on July 3.

Timelapse footage shows the woman demonstrating the process of building the dessert.

She used a sponge cake to sculpt the landscape and covered it with white cream and chocolate to form the mountains and slopes.

Using different colors of frosting, she added snow on the mountains, made rivers on the ground, and used dyed cookie crumbs and icing for the grasslands.

Lastly, she crafted the popular bridge, where many tourists take photos, using dough, sugar, and honey.
