A pickup truck slid down the street after being left without putting the handbrake on.

The driver pulled over on the side of the road and seemed to be in a hurry when he climbed down in Roi Et province, Thailand, on April 25.

But while he rushed to walk away, his vehicle slowly rolled forward the concrete path before coming to a halt.

CCTV footage shows the white Toyota Revo Rocco moving unmanned and reaching 60ft away from its original spot.

The driver's girlfriend Preeya Tongsoo said: ‘We were still lucky that the car did not crash or run over someone.'

The truck stopped after a few seconds of rolling. No one was hurt or damaged by the incident.
