A heroic car driver honked to halt a truck dragging a three-wheeler along a road in northern China.

The CCTV video was filmed in the city of Handan in Hebei Province on January 9.

A truck proceeded to move forward, dangerously pushing a man and his tricycle.

A car driver, Mr. Liu, honked his horn and gestured frantically to attract the attention of the oblivious truck driver. Miraculously, the truck came to a halt just in time, preventing a potentially catastrophic accident.

Mr. Liu stated that if he hadn't intervened, the truck might have continued without noticing, leading to a serious collision.
