This is the moment more than 200 beer crates tumbled off a small van as it overturned on the street while making a sharp turn.

Dash-cam footage captured the moment the glass beer bottles cascaded off the open back of the van in the middle of traffic in Baoji, Shaanxi, in north-western China, on February 19.

Secured with only four seemingly thin straps, the 200 crates stacked in the back of the van collapsed after dangerously tilting to the side as the driver attempted a right turn.

In another video filmed by the same motorist whose dash cam captured the crash, hundreds of glass bottles could be seen shattered to pieces and scattered across the street.

The beer had spilled all over the asphalt, later prompting a massive clearing operation to unblock traffic.

No injuries have been reported by Chinese media.
